Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email and a refund or exchange credit once our team inspects the arrival.
